We need an India-based freelancer who personally has an active JioFiber or Jio AirFiber connection, uses the standard Jio router, and has access to the associated subscriber account. Target fixed total budget: USD 20. Expected completion by 5 August 2026.
Initial accessibility and DNS diagnostics for https://xxvideos.video/ have already been completed by the employer and will be provided to the freelancer. The freelancer should perform only a short confirmation test through their own active JioFiber/AirFiber connection, without VPN, proxy, Private DNS, or ad blocker, and then use the supplied and subscriber-side evidence to pursue the support case.
REQUIRED WORK:
1. Open a JioHome/JioFiber complaint and obtain the official Service Request/docket number.
2. Actively follow up and escalate the case beyond frontline customer care to a supervisor and then to Jio NOC or Network/DNS Engineering.
3. Reattach the DNS comparison and failure evidence whenever requested and keep the complaint open until a substantive written technical response is received.
4. Ask Jio to answer in writing:
- Why does Jio's default DNS return 49.44.79.236 for xxvideos.video while Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS return the real Cloudflare addresses?
- Who controls 49.44.79.236 and what response or page is it intended to provide?
- Is filtering applied through DNS, SNI, IP blocking, or another network mechanism?
- Is the restriction based on a government or regulatory order? If yes, provide the issuing authority and order/reference number.
- What is the official review, correction, remediation, or unblocking procedure?
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES: the Service Request/docket number; screenshots or exports of the complete escalation history; all written responses from Jio; the substantive response from Network/DNS Engineering, NOC, or an authorized supervisor; and a concise final summary.
COMPLETION CONDITION: A generic frontline reply, acknowledgement, complaint submission, or docket number alone is not completion. The task is complete only after the full escalation history and a substantive written technical response addressing the questions above are delivered.
Before quoting, confirm your city/state, that you personally have active JioFiber/AirFiber and subscriber-account access, that you can repeatedly follow up with Jio, and that you agree to the fixed total price of USD 20.

Tasks:
1. Test access to one specified website using Jio mobile data with Wi-Fi disabled.
2. If available, repeat separately over JioFiber or AirFiber.
3. Test IPv4 and IPv6 where available.
4. Record the exact date/time, Indian city/state, connection type, device, browser, public IP address and ASN.
5. Capture screenshots or a short screen recording showing the complete result, including any block/substitution page, error code, redirect, DNS failure or timeout.
6. Run a DNS lookup and provide the resolved IP addresses; compare with a public DNS resolver if possible.
7. Test HTTPS without VPN, proxy, private DNS or ad blockers.
8. Submit a complaint to Jio Mobility support about the inaccessible website and provide the official service-request/docket number, plus screenshots of the submission and response.
Before sending a quote, confirm:
- Your Indian city/state.
- That you personally have an active Jio SIM.
- Whether you also have JioFiber/AirFiber.
- Whether you can provide a screen recording and a Jio complaint docket number.
