Local mosque near Houston, Texas - Brand Lane Islamic Center (look up on Google) wants to model existing buildings, parking lot, gazebos, etc. as well as new school extension (which I have plans for). Everything else needs to be modeled by eye-balling and estimating as accurately as possible from Google photos and images. Once existing conditions are modeled, you will work with me to come up with 3-4 conceptual (medium-detail 3D models) of new buildings on the property, and will model those. All work has to be in Revit. Ideally Revit 2024 or earlier. However, acceptable 3D alternatives will be considered. 3D models will be done in color and probably will ask to also create several high quality renderings. The goal is to show the Master Plan to the community for approval.
