We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Multi-Website On-Page SEO Support Specialist to support the optimization, maintenance, and performance of multiple websites across our digital ecosystem. This role focuses on executing on-page SEO strategies, improving site structure and content alignment, and ensuring each site follows current search engine best practices.


The ideal candidate has strong technical awareness, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing SEO tasks across multiple domains while collaborating with content, design, and development teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ongoing on-page SEO optimization across multiple websites, ensuring consistency and alignment with search best practices.

  • Conduct keyword research and support the implementation of targeted keywords into web content, metadata, and internal linking structures.

  • Optimize critical on-page elements including:

    • Title tags

    • Meta descriptions

    • Header hierarchy (H1–H3)

    • URL structures

    • Image alt text

    • Schema markup (basic support)

  • Monitor website health and SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

  • Identify and resolve on-page SEO issues including duplicate content, broken links, indexing problems, and crawl errors.

  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly formatting, readability, and keyword integration.

  • Assist in auditing website pages for SEO improvement opportunities and implementing recommended updates.

  • Maintain organized SEO documentation, tracking changes, tasks, and optimization progress across all managed sites.

  • Support website migration, redesign, or content expansion projects with SEO best practices in mind.

  • Stay current with algorithm updates, SEO trends, and evolving on-page optimization techniques.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website optimization.

  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO principles and search engine ranking factors.

  • Experience managing SEO work across multiple websites or domains.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as:

    • Google Search Console

    • Google Analytics

    • SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz

    • Screaming Frog (preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.), and website structure.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with technical SEO teams or web developers.

  • Familiarity with content strategy, conversion optimization, or UX best practices.

  • Understanding of local SEO or multi-location SEO is a plus.

  • Experience with structured data/schema implementation.
