I am a tour operator in South Africa and in search of a partner in the US. The margins for these tours are at around $500 per person booking on a group tour of not more than 20 people. However we can only do 12 tours in a year as we would like to stick to 1 tour a month to make sure we keep the high standard of service and planning.
