MySQL 5.7 InnoDB Data Directory Recovery

My server crashed and I only have a backup of the full MySQL data directory (not SQL dumps).
Environment:
MySQL 5.7 (confirmed)
InnoDB engine
File-per-table likely enabled
What I have:
ibdata1
ibtmp1
undo_001, undo_002
binlog files
auto.cnf
mysql system database
performance_schema and sys
Individual database folders
.ibd files inside database folders
#ib_*.dblwr files
I do NOT have .sql dump files.
What I need:
Full recovery of all databases
Working .sql dump files
Table structures reconstructed if required
Handling of ibdata1 dependency
Recovery done using proper MySQL 5.7 environment (exact version matching if necessary)
