Project Background
We are developing an AI-powered short video automation control panel designed to enable
non-technical users to simply fill out a questionnaire, and the system will automatically
orchestrate various AI tools (such as digital avatar generation, voice synthesis, video editing,
subtitling, and effects) without requiring manual intervention.
The project will primarily use N8N + MCP (Model Context Protocol) as the core automation
tools, and we are seeking a skilled engineer to assist with integration, workflow setup, and
optimization.
We aim to start with an initial pilot project, with the possibility of long-term collaboration based
on the results.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize N8N automation workflows
- Integrate N8N with MCP to enable multi-tool collaboration and automated data flow
- Develop custom N8N function nodes in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Connect with third-party APIs (authentication, webhooks, REST API, GraphQL, etc.)
- Implement complex logic (conditional branching, loops, async processing, retry mechanisms)
- Optimize execution efficiency, logging, and error handling
- Design user-friendly interfaces for non-technical users (e.g., forms, questionnaires)
- Document workflows and processes
Requirements
- Proficient in N8N, with hands-on project experience
- Familiarity with MCP is a plus
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Experience with API integration (OAuth2, Webhooks, etc.)
- Experience debugging and optimizing complex workflows
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical teams
- Bonus: Experience in short video platforms, AI tools, or SaaS automation
Initial Project
- Convert an existing Python-based short video workflow into an N8N workflow
- The workflow includes: questionnaire input → AI video/audio generation → basic editing →
auto-publishing (fully automated)
- Detailed documentation will be provided
Work Arrangement- Remote / Part-time options available
- Project-based or hourly payment (negotiable)
- Start date: Immediately
- Duration: Initial phase (2 weeks~1 month), with potential for long-term collaboration
