We are a rapidly growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company specializing in providing Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) to eligible patients. Our mission is to streamline patient care and ensure timely access to advanced glucose monitoring solutions. We are currently looking to hire one or two proactive and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. The RNs will directly handle patient scripting and conduct in-person or virtual visits, eliminating delays caused by external providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and complete all necessary documentation to qualify them for CGM prescriptions.
- Write prescriptions for CGMs in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Perform patient visits (telehealth) to verify CGM suitability, educate patients on proper usage, and answer any clinical questions.
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure quick and accurate patient onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state nursing practice acts, DME regulations, and insurance payer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing in both North Carolina (NC) and Texas (TX). Willing to hire in each state as well
- Experience in endocrinology, diabetes management, or DME/CGM scripting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients efficiently.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance standards.
