Need a ebook writer

We are looking for an ebook writer, including layout, to quickly write an urban and suburban self-reliance, self-sufficiency, and preparedness ebook. We have a detailed outline for a 15-day urban and suburban preparedness section, a 30-day preparedness section, and a 60-day preparedness section for times of uncertainty, unrest, and economic instability. Included would be plans and checklists. We are open to how this is written. A huge bonus if you could add color illustrations throughout. This has a quick turnaround before we move on to the website.
