The deliverable will be the Banksy Girl with Balloon, which is a relatively simple artwork (black and red) on some type of tranparency (preferably the size is 8.5" x 11" transparency sheet). Some type of water-based paint that is permanent and won't run will suffice (i'm not an artist, so I don't know what are the best types of paint). Let me know if there are clarifying details that are needed. But this should be a relatively simple and easy job to do.
I need this by end of September at the latest if possible.
