Need animation for the website

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled motion graphics designer (preferably experienced with Adobe After Effects and Lottie animations) to create a custom animated radar for our website.

What we need:

A radar animation similar to the reference (moving sonar line).
As the radar line passes, questions should appear one by one in sync with the movement.
Smooth and engaging text animation (fade-in, typewriter, or similar).
The animation must be exportable in a web-friendly format:
MP4 video (preferred)
GIF
OR Lottie JSON (if feasible)

Questions to Display:
Is HealthOrbit about health tourism?
Can I book a virtual consultation with a UK doctor?
Can I book a full health check?
How much is a dental implant, and how long does it take?
How much is a hair transplant, and how long does it take?
My parents are unwell—can I set up a virtual appointment and join?
I’m travelling to Pakistan in two weeks—can I get laser eye surgery there and a cost estimate?

Deliverables:
Final animation in MP4/GIF format (web optimized).
Source file (After Effects or equivalent) for future edits.
Skills required:
Adobe After Effects (or similar motion graphics tools)
Experience with LottieFiles animations is a plus
Strong creative and timing sense
