Need Google appSheet Expert

Hello, 

I need highly experienced Google AppSheet developer, to design me an app for my business. Here are some basic explanation, i will share a full word doc with photos to the hired developer. Do not apply if you are student and beginner, i need expert and we will both waste each other's time. 


I need a custom inspection and reporting app built in AppSheet for a Home Inspection Business. 
The app will connect to my existing Google Sheets database, which contains report types, defects, standards, cost guides, locations, structures, inspectors, terms and conditions, and report templates.
The workflow must be inspector-focused and extremely fast to use on an iPad in the field.
Main features:
• User login with Inspector and Admin roles.
• Each inspector only sees their own jobs. Admin can see all jobs.
• Jobs divided into Unclaimed, Active, Draft, Completed and Archived.
• Ability to claim jobs from a shared queue.
• Offline operation with automatic sync when internet becomes available.
• Google Drive integration for storing photos, documents and reports.
• Google Calendar integration for booking dates.
