I'd like the music to start at 174 hertz (healing frequency). Then, drop them into an alpha-theta border, from 7Hz to 8 Hz, as my clients will be meditating with visualization, mind programming. I want the music to drop them into a mental state in which they can consciously create their reality. Then towards the last 7 minutes bring them back to a higher healing frequency.
Music length: Approximately 30 minutes.
