Need Meta Advanced Business API Access

Hello,
I am a verified Meta agency owner and I already have access to Creator Management Tool with the following options active for my clients:
Stars
Subscriptions
Ads on Reels
In-Stream Ads
However, Meta recently launched the new Content Monetization Tool, and it is not visible/available in my Creator Management Tool yet. Also, Facebook has officially announced that the Creator Management Tool will be discontinued on 31 Dec, so we need to move API-based.
I am looking for a partner/company who already has Meta Advanced Business API access OR can help apply/approve this access, so we can:
✅ Add / link a new payout to an already monetized Facebook Page tool✅ Access monetization and payout GraphQL endpoints✅ Integrate the new Content Monetization Tool workflow✅ Automate payout onboarding + payout attach to page tools
This must be done using official Meta-approved APIs — not reverse engineering or unofficial methods.
✅ Who I’m Looking For
I need a verified provider who has one of the following:
Meta Business Partner status OR
An App already approved for Advanced Business API access OR
Ability to get Advanced Business APIs approved (not standard Graph API only)
You MUST be able to show proof of access (screen-share or masked screenshot is fine).

The access should include — or be able to obtain:
business_management (Advanced)
Monetization / Payout access (internal GraphQL flow)
System user permissions
App mode: Live + Advanced Access (not Standard)
Key capability needed:Attach a new payout to an already monetized Facebook Page tool (Stars, Subscriptions, Reels, etc.) via API, without opening a Meta support ticket.
