Yes I am looking for a permit ready plan for St Johns County Fl for a Cedar Gazebo. It will have no electrical, plumbing or hvac and will kust be a Gazebo. What would you charge for a permit ready plan for a '' Gazebo that it built similar to the one found at this link?

I would want it built out of cedar and to be all wood except for the metal roof. It will need a drawing for the concrete slab and structure with metal roof. It is in a Florida East coast ocean front property and would need to meet the required wind requirements for the area.
