Need specific audio/music extracted

I need audio/music extracted from a specific scene in a children’s movie - a melody to be exact. The challenge is making a high quality melody of the song without the dialogue from the actors or sfx of melody/music that plays in the background during the scene. See link. I also wish for agent to try and extend the melody to 4-5 minutes seamlessly without any obvious edits and for the melody to end the same way it starts if possible.
