Standard Requirements:
Use standard such CMS as WordPress CMS to allow me to add and maintain page content, blogs, create menus, add users, assign roles, upload files and images, etc.
Specialized Functionality
1. Depending on Role assigned to logged in User change menu structure to only show menu items pertinent to the Role assigned.
2. Add Custom Fields to User Profile
3. Create custom Post Type UserDocument that includes custom fields germane to business and allow multiple documents to be uploaded for each entry.
4. When updated to UserDocument record is performed by Admin, prompt Admin if they would like to send a ‘Document Ready for Review email or text depending on user communication preference. Text or email will include direct link to said document.
5. Create a Members menu that includes the following menu items:
5.1. Messages – This will much like an email Inbox where messages are stored for the logged in user. Message can include Documents Ready To Review entries as well as generalized Messages sent to User by admin. Provide ability to mark Message as Completed or delete message.
5.2 Documents – This will contain a list of all the Documents uploaded for logged in user. Links the entries will point to each file in a Review, and all comments made for a document.
6. Customize menus on Roles with Member menu only for logged in users
7. Configure and setup SMS operations with Major SMS Provider
8.Upload Documents and assign per user and send message or email depending on customer preference
9. Override standard Word Press security and make sure uploaded documents are only visible to assigned user and admin
10. Allow for online questions and answers about specific document reviewing
11. Create online appointments
12. Brand all outgoing emails with company logo and contact information
