Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and skilled Network Engineering & Desktop Support Technicians for project-based assignments across various international locations. This role requires on-site presence, where the engineer will be responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining network and desktop infrastructure at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit client sites to perform network setups, upgrades, and hardware/software installations.
Provide hands-on desktop support including system configuration, troubleshooting, and break-fix support.
Assist with network equipment installations including routers, switches, access points, and cabling.
Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Support OS (Windows/macOS/Linux) configurations and software installations.
Follow strict timelines and project guidelines to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with remote teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Document completed work and provide post-installation support as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in network engineering and desktop support roles.
Strong understanding of networking protocols and hardware (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routers, switches).
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
Knowledge of remote desktop tools, imaging, and system deployment tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability and willingness to travel to different locations for project-based work.
Must be able to work independently and follow technical instructions.
