No Emails from WordPress

Hi, I need WordPress help as I'm too stupid to get a simple contact form & emails working. 

I installed the WP Forms plugin to create a form, then had to install the WP Mail SMTP plugin, then had to get a Brevo account - then had to add all sorts of dmarc and other zone entries at my domain, then in cpanel for my website - nothing is authenticated, nothing works no matter what I try.

What I need: (1) Contact form working on WordPress that sends me emails, (2) WooCommerce sends me and customers emails when an order is placed.
