"Seeking experienced Nurse or Hospital Admin to provide Feedback on Mobile App for Hospital"
*** Just to clarify, this is not a programming opportunity. It’s about improving patient interaction and service processes in a hospital environment. NO Developers please.***
I’m currently developing a mobile app designed to support hospital operations during CODE DARK events and other unscheduled network outages, such as those caused by cyberattacks or system failures. The goal is to ensure continuity of essential services when the Hospital Information System (HIS) is unavailable.
The app is intended for use across various departments, including nursing stations, and will support critical workflows such as:
- Medication scheduling and administration
- Logging of vital signs
- Bedside rounding visits
- Documenting patient requests
- Tracking meals served
- ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support documentation
- Visitor tracking
- Shift handover and transition notes
- Rounding logs
- Custodial and housekeeping services
- And other essential functions
I’m looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who can review the proposed features and offer guidance on how to improve and prioritize them based on real-world workflows and challenges.
This is a self-funded project, so I’m working with a limited personal budget, but I’m deeply committed to creating a tool that can truly help during high-stress downtime scenarios.
Thank you,
David
