I have a 3 node Nutanix cluster that has failed to start in full. One node has all services running, second node just has about 4-5 services running and the 3rd node is down. All attempts to start the cluster and access prism has failed. Once of the nodes was in maintenance mode, managed to remove it maintenance mode by running "EDIT-GENESIS" and change the M'mode flag to false, but that node is still down.

On the active CVM, if I try to run a command such as ncli host list (to get a host ID). I get “Error: Cannot connect to Prism Gateway”
I get an error when i try to access prism via the web console, please see attached.
I need an expert who understand the nutanix AOS platform and can get the services up & running on the two problematic CVM's.
