Project Description (Short Summary):
We’re upgrading a multi-tenant Odoo v17 SaaS (hosted on AWS) by integrating oeHealth, NHIF & insurer APIs, Kenya eTIMS, and AI modules for diagnostics, clinical note-taking, and decision support using OpenAI/Azure. Includes WhatsApp/SMS messaging, DHIS2 reporting, and full GitHub-based version control. Ideal for Odoo experts with healthcare, API, and AI integration experience.
Project Summary
We already operate a multi-tenant Odoo v17 Community instance on AWS, with M-Pesa and Visa payment processing fully deployed.
We are now extending the platform by integrating oeHealth (Hospital & Clinic Management), connecting to Kenyan insurance systems (NHIF, Jubilee, Britam, CIC, AAR), Kenya eTIMS (Electronic Tax Invoice Management System), and embedding AI-powered diagnostics and note-taking assistants.
This upgrade will automate patient management, billing, tax compliance, and reporting for clinics and hospitals, using AI, DHIS2, and mobile communications.
Project Objectives
- Integrate and configure oeHealth All-In-One within the current AWS-hosted, multi-tenant Odoo v17 environment.
- Develop AI-powered healthcare modules for:
- Voice-to-text clinical note-taking and summarisation (SOAP, consultation notes).
- AI-assisted diagnostics and clinical decision support using OpenAI/Azure.
- Natural-language search and automated report generation.
- Integrate with NHIF eClaim XML/API and private insurer APIs (Jubilee, Britam, CIC, AAR).
- Integrate Kenya eTIMS for real-time tax invoice generation and KRA compliance.
- Add MOH/DHIS2 reporting exports (Forms 705–711) and dashboards.
- Add WhatsApp/SMS communication using Africa’s Talking / Twilio.
- Maintain data protection compliance and ensure interoperability with existing M-Pesa/Visa workflows.

4. eTIMS Integration (Kenya Tax Compliance)
Integrate Kenya’s Electronic Tax Invoice Management System (eTIMS) API for automatic invoice submission, verification, and digital tax receipt generation. Ensure compliance with KRA standards and Odoo accounting workflows.
5. MOH/DHIS2 Reporting & Analytics
Create DHIS2-compatible exports (MOH 705–711), AI data validation, and visual dashboards.
6. WhatsApp & SMS Messaging
Integrate Africa’s Talking / Twilio APIs for appointment reminders, billing alerts, and patient results.
7. QA, Documentation & Handover
Conduct system testing, validation, and user training. Deliver documentation and deployment scripts.
8. GitHub Repository & Version Control
Maintain all code in GitHub with commits, feature branches, pull requests, and release changelogs.
Developers should propose timeframes and fixed pricing per milestone.

- Expertise in Odoo Community v17 module development and customization.
