We are a U.S.-based company looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to assist with daily operations and communication across our remote team. This position is fully remote, and we collaborate primarily through Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace (G Suite).
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and operational tasks
Communicate with consultants, clients, and partners — including after-sales follow-ups
Manage and organize digital files, records, and documents in Google Drive
Prepare reports, invoices, and internal correspondence
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings via Teams and Google Calendar
Support consultants and management with project tracking and task coordination
Run virtual or local errands (ordering supplies, courier coordination, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth information flow between departments
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or executive support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft Teams
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
Experience working with U.S. companies or across U.S. time zones preferred
