We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Officer Administrator! This completely flexible and remote role is for approximately 10 to 15 hours per week – with potential to expand these hours.


We are seeking a confident person with strong administration skills.  You must be self-managing, possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and top presentation.   Be enthusiastic with a positive attitude.


About Us: Shower Power is a family owned shower installation company that do bathroom renovations throughout Northland in New Zealand with 3 Full Time Staff. 


Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing 

File GST returns  

Handling correspondence, emails and phone calls

Scheduling jobs  

Providing general office support as needed

 

Requirements 

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zero 

Tech-Savvy, embracing technology with a range of computer skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
