Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing
File GST returns
Handling correspondence, emails and phone calls
Scheduling jobs
Providing general office support as needed
Requirements
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zero
Tech-Savvy, embracing technology with a range of computer skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
