Online Reputation & Review Outreach Spec

We are a US-based company looking for an experienced Online Reputation & Review Outreach Specialist to help us grow and manage our brand reputation across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, BBB, Yelp, and other relevant review sites.
This is an ongoing role for someone who understands how to increase the volume of authentic customer reviews in a professional, compliant, and natural way.

What you’ll do:
Build and manage review request campaigns
Help improve review response rates across major platforms
Monitor incoming reviews and flag issues that need attention
Draft professional responses to positive and negative reviews
Organize review generation workflows and recommend improvements
Help maintain a natural, brand-appropriate tone in all outreach
Requirements:
Proven experience with online reputation management
Strong understanding of Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp, BBB, and similar review platforms
Excellent American English writing and grammar
Ability to write natural, professional customer communication
Experience with review outreach, customer follow-up, and response handling
Must understand platform compliance and best practices
