About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive social media marketer to manage and grow our clients’ profiles using the OnlySocial scheduling and analytics platform. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong social media management skills who wants steady, long-term remote work supporting multiple small business clients.

Responsibilities
Manage and schedule content across multiple social media accounts using OnlySocial
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand image
Create basic graphics, captions, and hashtags to match each brand’s tone and goals
Track performance analytics and report results weekly
Collaborate with our marketing team to plan campaigns and optimize posting strategies
Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and OnlySocial platform updates

Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant, VA, or Marketing Admin
Familiarity with OnlySocial, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
Organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts

Preferred Skills
Experience with content calendars, hashtags research, and social engagement
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Creative writing or content creation experience
Prior work with digital marketing agencies or remote teams
