We’re a US-based AI Automation Agency looking for a rare kind of operator: someone who thinks in systems, gives crisp direction, and knows the difference between urgent and important. This is not a coding role.

You won’t write code. You’ll direct AI agents that write code.
Think of it like this: you’re the architect; the agents are the builders. Your job is to design the approach, issue clear instructions, review the output, tighten the loop, and ship.

What you’ll do
Translate messy business goals into structured plans and step-by-step execution
Direct AI agents with precise prompts, constraints, and acceptance criteria
Review outputs for accuracy, edge cases, and “will this actually work in the real world?”
Make fast decisions, prioritize correctly, and keep delivery moving
Operate calmly under pressure without confusing motion for progress

What we’re looking for
You communicate clearly, especially when things are ambiguous
You naturally break complexity into parts and sequence execution
You spot bottlenecks, failure points, and missing requirements quickly
You can review work product critically (even if you didn’t produce it)
You bias toward shipping, not theorizing
