I need the two attached OpenSCAD files modified so I can 3D print a part. I feel like I have it 95% complete. I have two hemispheres of a 42 mm diameter sphere. Each hemispheres contains half of matching channels and pockets that will accept .051" diameter wires with knots on the ends. The two hemispheres snap lock together using 8 male snap tabs and 8 female snap slots. All of that is already designed and I've uploaded the files.
I have a couple of other groves I need created to fit a formed wire that is attached in the PDF. I need help modifying the two hemispheres to accept the attached formed wire that will go through from 0 degrees to 180 degrees. The two eyes of the formed wire extend beyond the sphere. One part of the formed wire goes all the way through the sphere. The other has two shorter wires with hooks in them. Each hook will land in a different hemisphere. See "position of formed wire.png" as an example.
If it makes a difference, I will be 3D printing this part using Glass fiber PETG filament.
Since I can't upload *.scad files, I've attached them as txt files.
