OTA Updater code ESP32

Hi,
I have a start code to update the ESP32 firmware.
You have to fix it or rewrite it up to you.
I will provide the ESP IDF project and document that explain how to do launch OTA from our Thingsboard server CE.
You can find many example of code and document that explain the OTA in thingsBoards server.
