We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the glass industry. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, be an expert multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a constantly changing workplace. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing support to team members and all position are remote. Payroll-will involve printing of checks Microsoft Word, Excel, Finder (Mac file manager), and scanning and physical filing.
Skills Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative office role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and general office technology.
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently and prioritizing duties.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working with diverse teams and in a rapidly changing environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in construction/glass industry preferred
