I have two 4ft x 8ft platforms that I plan to place together creating an 8x8 square. The back part of the square will pushed up against the permanent stage. The height of the platforms was built to be flush with stage height which is 34 inches.
I'm wanting either side of the platform to look like the sides of a pirate ship. Wider at the back getting narrower as it goes toward the front. I have a friend who will take care of the front portion for I'm mostly worried about the sides.
Additionally, in a perfect world, there would be cannon hole on either side as well to add effects through later.
Even though it will be next to the platform, I would like it to be as lightweight as possible and free standing.
Can such a thing be done? Do you have any ideas? And what would be the estimate including shipping to our zip code at 46064.
