PM with CMMI 3 or ISO Audit Experience

Candidates must have fluent, professional spoken English and must have personally participated in CMMI or ISO certification audit interviews. If the proposed individual is not clearly identified in your bid, please include their name and relevant audit experience. Please do not bid if you haven't been interviewed for a corporate CMMI or ISO certification.

We are seeking a Project Manager or Lead to support our upcoming CMMI Level 3 audit. This role will represent the project management function during audit interviews.

No document creation or artifact gathering is required — all materials are already prepared and organized in a linked spreadsheet for easy reference. Your focus will be on confidently walking through the evidence and answering auditor questions from a PM perspective.

Requirements
Prior participation in a CMMI audit in a Project Manager or leadership role
Direct experience being interviewed by CMMI auditors and speaking to project management processes
General understanding of software/project lifecycle practices, including:
Project planning and estimation
Risk and issue management
Schedule and milestone management
Measurement and reporting
Stakeholder communication
Configuration/change management oversight
Ability to clearly explain processes and workflows using prepared evidence (primarily by clicking through files and referencing headings in the artifacts)

Responsibilities
Represent the Project Manager role during CMMI audit interviews
Use the linked spreadsheet of artifacts to walk auditors through prepared project plans, schedules, risk logs, and reports
Provide high-level, practical explanations of how project management processes were implemented (often by reading directly from the prepared files)

Engagement Details
Short-term contract for audit preparation and participation only
Remote with coordination meetings
Must be available September 15–19, 2025 during audit hours (10am–5pm EST, a few hours as needed, scheduled flexibly)
Participate in 2–3 prep sessions (flexible times, EST)
