Power BI Support Specialist with strong expertise in supporting and maintaining enterprise Power BI environments.
Key Responsibilities:
support for Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and dataflows.
Troubleshoot report performance, refresh failures, gateway issues, and data quality problems.
Manage Power BI workspaces, user access, security, and Row-Level 
Security (RLS).
Monitor and maintain enterprise semantic models and reporting environments.
Support business users with report enhancements, issue resolution, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Ensure adherence to Power BI governance, security, and best practices.
3+ years of Power BI support experience.
Strong understanding of Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, DAX, and Power Query.
Experience with Power BI Gateways, Dataflows, and Semantic Models.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Experience managing Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace administration
