I need to present a new Interface concept interactively. The work needs to be viewable in PowerPoint and as a self-service preview accessed from our website when given a token that allows the preview to execute. The work is a total of twenty slides built by displaying a portion of the slide image with text bubbles. You will use standard effects to wipe, dissolve, or build from one part of the image to another or within an image. There are a total of 20 slides that have up to six (6) elements, each that are already created and ready to go. Each slide should not take more than 30-45 seconds to preview.
The graphics for these images are created, but you will need to crop the source files in .ai or. PSD for specific elements as part of the build process. The work will be done over one week and will commence immediately.
We will work initially hourly as I will provide a rough storyboard and listing of assets for you. You will complete the first three build slides, and based on the hour's quality and timeliness, you will then estimate the full work project. Completing this test drive will set us up to do extensive work together, starting with the remainder of the slides. For your hourly rate, estimate the required time plus/minus 10%. For that use:

Welcome/Selection Page Using a series of boxes with icons representing each coverage area with text sub titles under each box. The box sizes are already defined, as is the content that goes into them.
Using standard PowerPoint effects, six in-slide builds, wipes, image replacements, or uncovers.
Seven or eight-word bubbles that are one of six pre-created bubble shapes/designs for use within a slide sequence or can differ from slide to slide.
Seven or eight mascot images are to be positioned relative to the graphic build and the word bubble.

You must understand and be able to take the preview and offer it in a self-running fashion on our website. I am unsure of the tool we use for that, but I want to leverage PowerPoint Work for web use. I will also record audio accompanying the balloon text as part of this text to see how a group of colleagues receives it.
The storyboard will be in black and white and use the overall image where I circle and number the sequence of display. Each slide will have a title, subtitle, and summary box at the bottom. For each sequence of animation builds, I will also provide an Excel numbered table with the balloon text and the character pose for speaking the text. The character is our mascot, and all the artwork is completed for these first three slides. Each slide will include a header, footer, and logo and use our color palette.
From the summary page, the user can select a choice and branch to that specific slide, return to the start page, and select something else to preview, save, and print out a summary of that particular feature area. Again, the test will include only three slides.
