I need someone with experience to 1) improve development plan, OR 2) do pre-bid construction cost estimations for attached plan.
in construction development funding, pre-bid estimations or estimator for costing material and labor for construction projects. I want someone who can also improve page 1 and most importantly improve list of material, need list of trades required & needed, and estimations according to measurements provided.
