eHello everyone, I need the attached website programmed and looking for a cost-effective solution. The site is fairly simple, showcasing a new small perfume brand with four fragrances. I'm looking for a platform-agnostic implementation with some nice, smooth transitions and that's about it. I'd preferably like it built with a CMS with an online shopping option for the 4 perfumes that would easily and naturally scale when releasing more, but I'm open to a quote for just programming what we have now and a separate one with the CMS and shopping options.
