We are seeking an experienced mobile application developer or agency to build a mobile app tailored for home service businesses. This application will facilitate project management and photo documentation, offering both free and premium functionalities.
Currently, we offer a service in which we give a CompanyCam account to our clients and use CompanyCam's API functions to complete functions such as WordPress website article generation, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn posts, Google My Business photo uploads, Google My Business posts through Zapier and send review requests and aggregate client data through HighLevel. The goal of this app is to replace CompanyCam into a native mobile application and eventually Zapier and HighLevel for performing functions.
Replacing Zapier and HighLevel are not apart of this project but we would prefer to work with someone who has extensive experience in APIs for following projects regarding our app.
User Roles and Permissions
- Admin: Registers via Gmail and will not be accepted unless they have a verified Google My Business connected to that account. Can add managers and users, with visibility and edit capabilities for project and company info.
- Managers: Same access as admins except account registration.
- Users: Can only take photos and access specific projects.
Subscription Plans
- Free Version: Supports up to 3 users per account with basic photo capturing and project organization features shown in the UI pdf attached.
- Paid Version: Supports up to 15 users, with additional features including CRM integration, video exports, review requests, advanced photo editing, and direct posting capabilities to social media.
