We need someone to conduct a Quality Control & SOP Compliance Auditor (Video/Transcript Production/Spokeperson)
Compensation: $5 per 15-video batch reviewed (Equivalent to approximately $20/hour for the estimated time investment)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly efficient and meticulous Quality Control (QC) Auditor to ensure our team strictly adheres to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for transcript writing and AI-generated video editing. This is a fast-paced auditing role where your primary function is process compliance, not creative critique.
Your goal is to quickly verify that all necessary steps and file uploads, as detailed in the SOPs, have been executed by the production team (transcribers and video editors).
This role is ideal for someone who can work quickly, follow a checklist perfectly, and maintain extreme attention to detail under time constraints.
Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation
The core task involves reviewing a batch of 15 completed video projects and ensuring SOP adherence. Your time is estimated to be approximately 20-40 minutes per 15-video batch.
1. Transcript File Audit (Estimated ≤ 5 minutes for 15 videos)
Check the designated folder for the 15 videos. Verify that the transcriber has uploaded all required files according to the SOP. (Estimate: ≈ 20 seconds per video file check). Compiled all the transcriber works into one Google Sheet's Link
2. Video/Embedding Review & Reporting (Estimated ≤ 20 minutes for 15 videos)
Skim the completed video (spending ≤ 1-2 minutes per video). You are not watching for content or continuity, but strictly checking that the editor has embedded all necessary files (e.g., AI-generated elements, graphics, subtitles) as outlined in the SOP. Draft a concise review report against the editor's and transcriber's work, specifically noting any deviations from the SOP (Estimated: ≤ 5 minutes for the full report writing). Flag any non-compliant work immediately so the team can fix it.
3. Managing Spokesperson
Simply arrange/separata the videos from the spokesperson to the related assigned videos
4. Channel Analytic
Analyze our channel, to communicate to the team, on how to improving the final video's output performance.

Exceptional Attention to Detail:
You must be able to spot minor omissions or file errors quickly. Process-Oriented
Mindset:
The ability to strictly follow a checklist and evaluate work solely against established SOPs. Time Management & Efficiency:
Proven ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines. This role is built on speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with file-sharing platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) and standard project management/reporting tools. Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or auditing is a plus.
Qualifications:
