Project Title: CUCM 14 & FreePBX 17 SIP

Project Description:

I am working with a test environment that includes Cisco Unified Communications Manager 11 integrated with FreePBX 17 via a SIP trunk. This setup is fully functional, and calls can be successfully completed between both systems.

I recently deployed a new CUCM 14 environment using what should be identical configuration settings. However, I am encountering the following issues:

Current Issues:

Unable to place calls from CUCM to FreePBX extensions
Unable to place outbound calls from CUCM to external phone numbers
SIP trunk does not appear to register or show as active on the FreePBX side (despite matching IP configuration)

What Is Working:

Calls from FreePBX to CUCM extensions are successful
CUCM extensions can dial each other internally without issues
What I Need:
I am looking for an experienced VoIP engineer to review my configuration and identify any discrepancies between the working CUCM 11 setup and the new CUCM 14 deployment. The goal is to resolve the call routing issues and restore full bidirectional call functionality.

Requirements:

Strong experience with CUCM (version 14 preferred)
Experience with FreePBX 17 and SIP trunk configuration
Proven ability to troubleshoot dial plans, calling search spaces (CSS), partitions, and SIP trunk connectivity
