Proofread new website(s) for grammar / spelling

Newly redesigned website, for our franchise development agency, needs to be reviewed by third-party for spelling and grammar in US base English.
The website is an informational website for franchise sales, franchisor brand growth and development services for US based national franchise systems.
The website is finished and ready to publish, built by professional team we have used for multiple years. But prior to publishing, we wish to have proofread.
Any edits or changes would need to be "documented clearly in a format easy to follow" for the website team.
