Property Walkthrough Photos

I am in the process of purchasing two residential properties in Dayton, Ohio and need a reliable local professional to walk through the properties and take clear, detailed photos on my behalf.

I will not be able to attend the walkthroughs in person due to personal matters, so accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication are important.

Scope of Work
Visit two residential properties in Dayton, OH
Walk through each property (interior & exterior)
Take high-quality photos of:
       - Exterior (front, back, sides)All room
       - Kitchen and bathrooms
        - Basement, attic, garage (if applicable)
        - Any visible damage, repairs needed, or concerns
Upload and share all photos digitally (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Optional: short notes or voice/video commentary during the walkthrough (preferred but not required
