We are seeking a skilled Public Relations and Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence and narrative across multiple social platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring online conversations, coordinating timely messaging, and engaging with audiences in a professional, truthful, and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a proactive PR and social media strategy to protect and improve reputation across Facebook, other social and community platforms, and relevant media outlets.
Monitor online conversations, including public posts, comments, articles, and reviews, to identify emerging issues and opportunities.
Create and publish timely, accurate, and professional content that aligns with our messaging and values.
Respond to inquiries from media, partners, and the public in a calm, factual, and compliant manner.
Prepare crisis communications plans and playbooks; monitor for potential reputational risks and coordinate response actions.
Collaborate with legal and leadership on messaging during sensitive or high-stakes situations.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and community groups.
Manage content calendars, social media posting schedules, and performance analytics.
Measure and report on PR and social media impact, including reach, engagement, sentiment, and share of voice.
Ensure all communications adhere to platform policies, legal guidelines, and brand standards.
Provide guidance on online reputation best practices to internal stakeholders.
