Ability to understand and maintain an existing application
Clean, secure, tested, and maintainable code

Interest in a stable and progressive collaboration
Important:
We are looking for an independent developer who will personally complete the work. Agencies, teams, and applications involving subcontracting or delegation will not be considered.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short technical evaluation in a separate, isolated repository. A confidentiality agreement must be signed before access to the code or detailed instructions is provided.
To apply, please answer all the following questions:
How many years of professional experience do you have with Python and Django?
Which version of Django are you currently using?
Describe a recent Django project you personally worked on and explain your responsibilities.
Do you have practical experience with Django REST Framework, the Django ORM, migrations, authentication, permissions, and automated testing?
Which tools do you use to write and run your tests?
How do you organize your Git workflow before delivering a feature?
Will you personally complete all the work without subcontracting or delegating it?
What is your weekly availability, and how quickly do you usually respond to messages?
What is your hourly rate?
Why are you interested in an ongoing collaboration rather than short-term assignments?
Please also include your GitHub profile, a Django code sample, or a verifiable project. If your previous projects are confidential, you may provide an anonymized example.
Generic applications that do not answer the questions above will not be considered.
