- Test desktop, tablet, and mobile sizes
- Test defined workflows and buttons
- Identify first-time-user confusion points
- Reproduce bugs clearly with steps
- Test permissions and edge cases
- Use AI/browser automation tools where useful
- SaaS testing background preferred over generic manual testing
