Monitor a website and capture running race entries for 4 people.
This is a time-critical task and requires a high level of vigilance (or automation) and rapid response to log 4 race entries on a website that will open for five minutes between 08:00 CET 09/03/26 and 20:00 CET 10/03/26. So realtime monitoring will be required for 36 hours.
The race entry fee is €110 per person = €440. Bidders should propose a suitable solution/process that can be used for the direct payment of the race entry fees e.g. setup of a merchant-locked virtual card. I will pay these costs directly but there should be no dependency on me to complete the bookings during the booking window.
The costs and risks will be run by the successful bidder. If you miss the link opening or are not able to book there will be no payment, i.e. no entries in pairs - no payment. Payment for successful entry pairs will be made within 24 hours of the confirmations being validated with the race organisers.
Payment for your service will be based on your fixed price quote and will be made to you on the following basis.
1st payment (40% of agreement): 2 people registered
2nd payment (60% or agreement): 2 people registered
