About the Project: SankalpHub is a QMS/PLM platform for garment and workwear manufacturing built on Next.js (frontend) and Django/DRF (backend). The core functionality is working on staging—we need a frontend developer to improve UI/UX from a human perspective before we onboard real users.

What You Will Do:
1. Review staging platform and identify UX friction points
2. Improve inspection form layout—implement 4-column responsive grid
3. Fix spacing, typography, and visual consistency across all pages
4. Improve mobile responsiveness (currently breaks below 768px)
5. Polish micro-interactions—hover states, loading spinners, empty states, error messages
6. Fix status flow UI—buttons show/hide based on inspection stage
7. Submit a short change log of all improvements made
Tech Stack: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Django REST API
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years React/Next.js experience
- Strong eye for UI detail—clean, professional SaaS aesthetics
- Experience with form-heavy enterprise/B2B interfaces
- Can work independently with staging environment access
- Good written English for change report
Deliverables:
- All fixes applied to staging
- Short change log (what was fixed and why)
