Real Estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent) — Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setter


I'm looking for a motivated and disciplined Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help convert inbound real estate leads into qualified appointments.


You’ll be calling new leads as they come into our CRM, following up consistently, and nurturing relationships over time until a face-to-face or phone appointment is booked with one of our agents.


This role is crucial — you’re the first voice our leads hear and the bridge between curiosity and conversion.


Responsibilities:

  • Call new inbound leads within minutes of registration

  • Follow up daily with older leads via phone, text, and email

  • Build rapport, uncover motivation, and determine readiness to buy or sell

  • Update notes and track all communication in the CRM (GoHighLevel / Follow Up Boss / KVCore or similar)

  • Schedule appointments directly into the agent’s calendar or in-person meetings

  • Nurture leads long-term — from cold to warm to ready

  • Maintain consistent contact with all assigned leads until they convert or opt out


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as an ISA, appointment setter, or sales rep (real estate experience preferred)

  • Excellent phone communication skills — confident, clear, and personable

  • Comfortable making 10–20+ calls per day

  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid CRM experience

  • Understands lead follow-up cadence and how to build trust over time

  • Goal-driven — you love hitting targets and getting results

  • Reliable and consistent — you show up and follow through


Tools & Systems You’ll Use:

  • CRM (Agentlocator/Clickfunnels — training provided if needed)

  • Calendar scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly, etc.)

  • Email and text automations
