To Develop the Policies, Standards, Guidelines & Proceduress for our real estate team. 

To hire a person who knows or has experience with real estate law, who is familiar with the law.

 

We realize there won't be many bids for this job. 

You will need to know or be familiar with real estate laws that's governed by the state and our is “TREC”  https://www.trec.texas.gov/  

If this isn't right, by your experience in doing this type of job, you will know they will shut us down. 

 

 

For this job, you will be responsible for creating the guidelines and structures for the real estate team, including the contracts and agreements. Must submit for the real estate broker approval.

 

When you submit your bid, please provide your background in Real Estate Law.

 



You must have the experience to develop a Real Estate Team / Real Estate Group.

 

If you have the experience, then you know what to include such as

 

Need to develop 

a) how the team will be structured, including the different divisions (for example, commercial, residential, land, property management,…), benefits of joining our real estate team, incentives (our incentive to people who join our Team / Group), split levels of commissions, fees (i.e., desk, annual,…) and bonuses.

 

 

b) Need to develop the fees (i.e., desk, annual,…) and Commission split level, and

 

c) Training Program and Mentorship for New Agents

 

d) Marketing Structures of promoting by TREC Marketing Rules and Guidelines

 

 

What will make us different from other Real Estate Teams / Groups?

 

 

There is "more" to be added. If you are a Real Estate Attorney, Paralegal or a person who knows real estate law in the State of Texas would know "more" of what is needed.  If you need to include it, then include it for our real estate broker will approve.  

 

 

Please submit your flat fee cost to do this job.

What's your flat fixed cost?   We are not paying an hourly rate.

 

 

It is important that we are both on the same page and that you understand the job requirements.
