All roles involve both customer-facing support and technical tasks. Your responsibility is to identify, screen, and deliver high-quality, reliable candidates who match our job requirements and are committed to remote night-shift work. Responsibilities: Source high-quality remote candidates from India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh also break this down to per candidate pricing on hire 33.33 so if they only get 1 or 2 Screen candidates via interviews for: Excellent English communication skills Strong technical aptitude (ideally with experience in HubSpot, TeamViewer, or similar) Experience with customer support and/or technical troubleshooting Attitude, accountability, and cultural fit for a remote team Verify career history and conduct basic background/reference checks Ensure candidates complete a short aptitude test Confirm the following with every candidate: They are willing and able to work night shifts (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST), 4 days/week including weekends They are available for 3–4 paid training sessions before starting They are comfortable with a blended role that includes: Live customer chat support, responding to chats within 1 minute Basic Android technical troubleshooting (training provided) Using tools like HubSpot, TeamViewer, and performing remote support on customer devices Additional responsibilities in either Digital Marketing or WordPress management They are aligned with the salary range: ₹30,000–₹42,000/month Submit only fully screened, trained, and aligned candidates to the hiring manager Backfill Guarantee: Replace any candidate who leaves or is terminated within the first 3 months (1 free replacement per position) Payment Structure (Milestone-Based): $100 after successful hiring of all 3 candidates $100 after all 3 candidates complete 1 month in the role $100 after all 3 candidates complete 2 months in the role Total: $300 USD
We have an immediate and urgent need to hire three (3) Technical Support Specialists for our growing digital company. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible, ideally within the next 2-3 days, following a swift interview process.
Role Overview & Requirements:
Primary Skill: Strong Technical Support experience (Tier 1/2), particularly comfortable with troubleshooting Android application issues (connectivity, playback, login, etc.) and providing remote assistance via tools like TeamViewer.Secondary Skills (Important): We need a mix of skills across the three hires. Ideally, each candidate should have a good secondary skill set in either WordPress management (content updates, plugin management, basic troubleshooting with builders like Elementor/WPBakery) or Digital Marketing support (social media scheduling, email campaign assistance, CRM tasks with tools like HubSpot). Candidates with a foundational understanding of both are highly valuable.Working Hours: Each team member will work approximately 45 hours per week. This will typically comprise three 12-hour shifts and one shorter shift (e.g., 8-9 hours).Shift Window: Availability is crucial for shifts operating primarily within 15:00 – 03:00 ICT (Indochina Time, Thailand). This includes weekends and holidays on a rotational basis. (This is 1:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST / 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM PKT / 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM BST approximately).Language: Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.Location Focus: We are open to candidates from regions such as Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and similar locations, provided they meet all skill and connectivity requirements.Experience: Candidates must have solid work references and a history of stable employment.Start Date: Immediate for the right candidates.
