This project will focus on:

  • Required update to website hosting infrastructure and database delivery (AWS)
  • Overhaul and redesign effort of the website user interface
  • Infrastructure improvement to support future development phases.


The project will deliver new online experiences for the following domains:

The project will include consultation, design, and implementation efforts:

  • Online Communications Strategy & Tactical Development
  • Custom developed online experiences (website) for LMI – promoting a consistent branding, content distribution, and promotion strategy (UIUX and foundational structure )
  • CMS Update - Innovative and purposed solution for content management, including the advanced build-out and customization of a defined CMS (WordPress / custom theme)
  • Re-development and optimization effort for mobile delivery
  • Implement updated SEO tracking analytics and core components
  • Continued on-going support for the online experience
  • Hosting update of AWS infrastructure and database configuration
  • Develop and implement a strong and secure technological framework that serves as the foundation for future growth


The goals of the delivery include:

  • Provide professional consulting services for development and implementation in order to facilitate the engaging distribution of content to the defined audience
  • Create an online experience – across all channels - that delivers a purposeful and brand supporting engagement resource
  • Design, develop, and implement the complete and fully-responsive online interfaces for content distribution – meeting the agreed-upon system specifications and requirements by LMI for each component delivery
  • Provide continued on-going support and site updates as requested/needed
  • Implement a professionally presented online experience that is mobile-compliant, responsive, and SEO friendly using today’s standards and protocols
  • Implement live chat and AI chatbot experience
  • Adhere to all HTTPS security initiatives to support online security requirements and future SEO initiatives
  • Implement an updated scalable and efficient online content delivery system
  • Develop and implement a strong foundation for the online solution and experience allowing for scalability and expandability to future functionalities
