We are looking for a motivated B2B Referral Network Builder to develop relationships with local professional service companies and trades that regularly work on homes and commercial properties but DO NOT provide roofing services themselves.
This is NOT a traditional cold-calling position where you call random homeowners.
Your job is to create relationships with businesses that regularly encounter customers who need roofing work and establish our company as the roofer they can refer those customers to.

- Solar installation companies

- Tree removal companies
- Siding companies
- Window & door companies
- Painting companies

- General contractors who don’t perform roofing
- Handyman companies that don’t perform major roofing work
- Pressure-washing/exterior cleaning companies
- Landscaping companies
- Snow-removal companies
- Other professional home and commercial property service companies
Do NOT target roofing companies or companies that perform the roofing services we provide.

YOUR COMPENSATION
This position is 100% PERFORMANCE BASED.
$50 — Qualified Residential Roofing Lead
$100 — Qualified Commercial Roofing Lead
NO hourly wages. NO retainers. NO upfront fees.
There is no limit on the number of qualified referrals you can generate.
IMPORTANT — WHAT WE ARE PAYING YOU TO DO
We are NOT paying you to simply provide lists of chimney companies, solar companies, gutter companies, contractors, etc.
We are paying for RESULTS.
You are responsible for:
- Finding appropriate businesses
- Contacting the business owner or decision-maker
- Explaining our referral program
- Establishing the relationship
- Following up with the business
- Maintaining communication
- Generating actual qualified roofing referrals from those relationships
You must provide your own phone, email, prospecting resources and any tools necessary to perform the work.
WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED LEAD?
A qualified referral must be an actual homeowner, commercial property owner or authorized decision-maker who:
- Was referred through a business relationship you established
- Has a legitimate roofing problem, need or upcoming project
- Has expressed genuine interest in our roofing services
- Provides valid contact information
- Agrees to speak with our company about the roofing project
Someone simply agreeing to a free roof inspection does NOT qualify.

Maine & New Hampshire
Our goal is to build a large network of complementary businesses that can continuously refer roofing opportunities to us.
One strong chimney, solar, gutter, tree, siding or restoration company could potentially send multiple roofing customers every year.
We are looking for someone who understands that building 20 productive referral relationships is far more valuable than collecting 2,000 business names.
